“We were stuck in a rut with a product launch event with the Food Network featuring Iron Chef Michael Symon as the featured guest. We needed a seasoned chef to cater the event – however, Chef Symon requested that the caterer make his recipes for hors d’oeuvres. Most chef & caterers we spoke to refused to make someone else’s recipes or would only agree to do the recipes for a hefty fee. Plus, while they were eager to cook for Chef Symon, they preferred to attewmpt to impress him with their own recipes. Chef Meg Hall really saved the day and was willing and excited to challenge herself with Chef Symon’s series of complex recipes, excelled at doing so, and even succeeded in impressing the Iron Chef himself with her interpretation of his cuisine. Best of all, Chef Meg worked within our budget and was happy to be there. We would hire Chef meg again without hesitation, and without calling any other caterers.”
